Partial blockage in pipe work. Or nozzle

ask a garage to use blow line down from the jets and should clear it

yea, I think can be more pipe problem than nozzles (I have same effect in both) -
has anybody pictures how pipes are connected inside ?

and additional question - if I will blow it down (from nozzle side) how high can be the air pressure which is safe (and don't destroy the system) ?

btw: one question more: if that washer pump has 2 outputs - does it mean the filter is mounted 'on input' and if I have effect only low pressure in windshield washer nozzles (not in rear one) it is more problem in piping under way 'washer pomp' - 'windshield washer nozzles' ?
