    Default Spanner oddity?

Since having the EGR replaced, when I start the car first thing, after a few minutes the dreaded spanner comes on. Wait a few more minutes, restart car and spanner has gone out and remains out for the rest of the day? If I leave it with the EML lit I don't suffer from lack of power at all BTW.
I read the codes a week ago and there were only 2, now there are 4, extra ones are the swirl flaps open/closed BUT it still telling me they aren't present?

I've looked at the DFP and it's sat at 60% so has anyone got any idea what the hell is going on?

Clearing the codes just causes them to reappear as above?

You said swirl flaps replaced os the motor plugged in and working as they seem to contradict each other.

i know it is possible for but not very likely.

can you do a forced regen?

OK so why does the codes show not there? Don't think you can force a regen on a Z30DT? Readings say 60% on OPCOM.
    Battery disconnect to reset ECU?

Got exactly same thing, but it comes and goes. Sometimes it shows every day for couple days when I start engine and after that nothing for few days and back again
