Ok, now i'm getting that no boost power loss while driving, no car with spanner lit up when that loss of power happen mid journey.

Can you list things that can cause that??

Injectors? Turbo outlet going through emission system could it be struggling to discharge emission? Dpf was full, but i guess its full again!

What else could it be?? Boost power fine rest of journey apart from that 15 second loss of turbo power!

    Clean EGR and boost sensor.

Check all vac pipes for perishing / splitting / cracks.

Clean / remove filter on boost control solenoid.

Egr blanked (emission light staying on but ignoring that)

All vac/boost been checked, retightened, all good

    Boost sensor cleaned recently

Bcs cleaned, re-lubed and deep clean filters both round and rectangle, new vac hoses fitted. Inside tubes on old ones clean

Still not fully solved the issue! :-(

Have you checked the DPF with Tech2 or similar? Might be still full and need a regen.

Might force regen again. Since blanked, good idea to have it cleaner really

Think the DPF is definitely blocked.. Had regen again 4 days ago, i gave it a lot of boost, drove superbly for past 4 days afterwards, now get no boost after doing same thing yesterday. Remap might be needed, need first is dpf pass thru if anyone got one??
