Hi guys. Does anyone know the size of the woodruff key that goes on the camshaft/cam sprocket of 1.9cdti 8v 120bhp please? Need to order one from the bay. Thanks

So I was told by the stealers but I understand that if one knows the size, it can be gotten for the bay alone.

the woodruff key that's shown on the dealers epc is for the diesel pump. I found that out when I ordered a new camshaft pulley for my 150

Are you saying in essence that one can not cut his own woodruff key or order one to fit except to buy a new camshaft pulley that comes with woodruff key?

Assuming the 120 and the 150 have exactly the same setup, there is no woodruff key as such. It's mearly a key that is cast into the pulley and locates onto a notch on the camshaft.

Do you mind me asking why you need one? The pulley isn't too expensive iirc
