Default Vectra 1.9 CDTi 16v Cambelt destroyed!

Hi All, My brother in laws Vectra water pump seized and totally destroyed the cambelt http:// had he got the car looked at the day before when it first overheated it probably wouldnt be in this mess! Anyway I have removed the camshaft assembly and found all 16 cam followers/rocker arms snapped in half all the valves appear to be ok they are all sitting at the same height and I have pushed them up and down none are sticking so I am hoping there is no damaged to the head or pistons it happened at low speed less than 20mph I will do a compression test to confirm but don't really want to remove the head unless I need to. I have search previous posts to get the info I need on refitting what I cant seem to find is torque settings for the bolts which hold the cam assembly to the head or if they should be done up in any specific order? Has anyone else had this sort of damage done and got away with just replacing the followers belt, water pump etc or am I being a bit to hopeful? Cheers P.S I cant seem to use the return function when typing to get spaces hence its all one paragraph!

Have rebuilt engine today but cannot get it to start all the injectors were put back in the same order they were removed there seems to be plenty of fuel at the injectors when I slacken off the pipes what I have noticed is the spanner light is lit and for some reason the fuel gauge is reading empty even though its got a fuel tank fuel pump light is also flashing may be unrelated? would it need to have any faults reset before it will start again? ran out of time so will look again tomorrow and will plug in a fault reader. Cheers

The fuel pump is ran off the cambelt aswell, I'm not too clued up on them however may have thrown something out of sync? Although I don't think the fuel pump sprocket has to be timed along with the crank and cam
