Never had mine on in the 4 years I've had it - never been down below about 35 mile left though.

I have always thought that "0 miles" means that I still have some left in reserve though, aye?

Previous vec always mentioned it at 31miles (odd number). I would really be paying attention to what the fuel guage is saying as it may be a sender fault possibly.

Possibly not programmed? (Variant code 005 btw, or maybe it was 014 lol)
My standard sri display (TID or BID, cant remember what its called) warned me at 30 odd miles and my new GID also warns me at 30 odd miles, im sure it comes on at the same time as the fuel light?

31 miles is not odd.. Maybe for you guys in the UK and other places where there is miles instead of kilometer.. But for the rest of us 31miles is the same as 50km. And 50km is a nice and round figur.
