Default H3 Hid Fogs fitted but strobing. What have I done wrong?

Fitted the H3 Hids into my 06 Facelift Sri and they strobe when turned off.

The only way to stop the strobing is to drive with them on. Now they look lovely but I only want to use them when I should do.

Cancellors are fitted which used to be linked to my Low beam H7 hids but as I have turned on the Xenons option with Op*** I dont need them anymore. So I know they work fine.

I have had to disable the fogs now with op*** as I do look too much like a police car.

    Not good

So where have I gone wrong lads?

    Thanks

    Chris

Here is how it looks when all lights are off.

I know the side lights strobe as they are leds which I live with.

Just confused why the fogs are doing it.

Any ideas anyone. I can't seem to figure out why this is happening.

Don't want to have to go back to my yellow bulbs if I can help it.

    Thanks

For some reason the bulb check is getting through the ballasts, best message the supplier.

That strobe looks too fast to be a HID strike. They certainly shouldn't be doing that. No answer though

    Thanks lads.

Im dumbfounded so I think I will have to change them back over the xmas break.

Shame as they look lovely when light up. Pefect match for my Hids up top.

I got the ballasts second hand so no come back there but im still not sure if thats the problem as they do their job in lighting up the bulbs.

Oh well best I tried and failed than not to try at all.

It is a weird one... If all wired up right I can't fathom it, wonder if someone can activate xenons for you to solve the dipped but not sure there's an option for it on the fogs...

IMO the pulse for the bulb check shouldn't even be long enough to charge the ballast up enough to release the voltage/ current to arc in the lamp.
