Default Rear brakes sticking after cold weather

It was cold last week went to work early and felt like brakes were sticking so jacked car up at weekend and i could hardly turn the rear wheels.
So i removed both wheels and disconnected the hand brake cable both sides and springs oiled it up but it still feels like the brakes are sticking
When you brake it doesnt feel like the brakes are releasing correctly
It only started last week so hopefelly nothing expensive .one other thing i recently replaced all the brake pipes for mot brakes were bleeded but could this be an issue?

Sounds like the calipers sticking. Sometimes you can get away with stripping them and cleaning / greasing them. New ones aren't outragously expensive, i think mines were about £100 for both sides.

I'd change if I were you, once they've stuck even if you free them you can't be sure they'll be fluid tight any more.
