    Default Replacement Bonnet Facelift

As previous post some scumbag has keyed my Silver Lightening Bonnet I understand that this is a bit of a pig to match with the need to blend the paint into the front wings. Is the a central enquiry place for breakers yards to enquire if they have such a bonnet from a scrappy in stock. It has only been my car done out of 20 cars that are parked on the road by my house so it would appear to be a grudge thing for having a decent car that is kept clean etc. Fitting 2 camera CCTV once the car is done to catch the rat.

A good spray shop should be able to match the paint.

If they fail to match it, they either do it again, or you do not pay!!

Depending on where the scratch is, there might not be any need to blend into the wings.

They might just be able to blend into the local area of where the scratch is without havingto respray the whole bonnet.

Depends who does the job though.

Its across the drivers side about 400mm long its just above where the bonnet rolls down towards the catch area
