quick swirl question

my bar has fallen off, the valves all move freely, its bone dry and soot free where the bar is. but the bar sockets look excessively worn. i have searched and searched for this infamous one pound fix but cannot locate it!!

i put the bar back on, it was very fiddly as the valves kept moving, they are that loose!!!

any advice appreciated, the car was hesitant on starting until i checked it, now the car fires first time.

im not worried as the car runs well and the valves are all very free, i have no errors on my dash.

If they're moving freely and you can't see any crap around them, just glue the bar back on and don't worry about it.

Hi m8 dont glue the bar back on do a search on tony-1977 threads n just glue the tops but not number 3. the 3rd one from timing belt hth
