cdti dual exit

hi all im looking at getting a dual exit on the cdti im looking at getting a straight through with no boxes with just tips, am i right in thinking that just by doing this i will achieve that waste gate noise, i rang mij today who said they could get me that noise for £345 fitted does this sound about right and has anyone used mij

I have an mij on my cdti and love it, sounds really nice and can't fault it. Worth every penny

so to get that waste gate noise ya know the one the wooosh when ya change gear is it a cat back system with straight through pipes no boxes and smooth tips ( ie no meshing in the tips ) oh and is it standard diameter piping ?

I have the cat still in place and sometime get a slight flutter (very faint and can just hear it) but mine makes more of a roar when foot is planted turns people's heads all the time

I have decat with silencers, nice turbo whistle from 1500rpm. No boxes equals just loud noise at revs or speed....horrible....cuz diesels don't sound special.

Been there done that bought the T-shirt. Whoosh, well it sounds like the engine is trying to suck the exhaust gases back into the tail pipes.
