vectra c 1.8 sxi small bubbles in header tank

hi sorry if this has been posted previously but i couldnt find anything.
I have a vec c 1.8 sxi with little bubbles in header tank no overheating no gunk on dipstick or filler cap fan cuts in at 90odd temp gauge only moves when sitting in traffic. Am i looking at early hg failure or am i just being paranoid.

any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I beleive you can get a "sniffer test" to see if it is eary stages of head gasket failure.

Getting a sniff test done would be a good idea is it using any coolant?

Just a thought, if you are not losing coolant then most likely nothing to worry about. I have noticed that sometimes some additives can cause this effect.

ok thanks for that info here's hoping it is something a simple flush can sort out.
