Default V grill - Spray or Wrap?

I've a black sri and want the chrome V grill either colour coded or wrapped. I will not be doing the work (useless) and am thinking or either getting a bodyshop to spray remove prep and spray the grill or getting a firm to wrap it (carbon?)

Can the grill be wrapped in situ or does the grill need to come off?

If painting should I buy a new primed grill or will the current one be OK?

How much should I be looking to pay for painting or wrapping?

Finally I'm in Bristol so any recommendations on good firms would be useful too.

    Cheers guys.

    Andy

Good job...but I really am totally rubbish at anything like that! I assume, and dread, that the bumper needs to come off to get at the clips on the back of the grill? Can it be wrapped without taking if off the car?

With Plasti-dip assume you just mask off and spray - even onto plastic chrome? I'll think about that - might need a test piece to have a go at first!
