    Default Still boost issue!!!

    I replaced intercooler hoses, checked all seals. All good. Oil filter and castrol magentic 5/30 oil put in.

    Tried same as before to see if boost is back to normal then car with spanner lit up!

    Getting annoyed now. Its not the hoses. What else could it be??? That cause loss of power as in starved of air! Then car runs normal after 10 seconds.

    Idle is way smooth now with expensive oil in!!! Its 5/7 as i didnt want to put max oil in and above middle for best performance!

    Not sure how you equate a smooth tickover with expensive oil not got ought to do with it perhaps changing pipes on the mixture side has actually improved things. Have you checked the boost valve? And the front boost vacuum unit?

    Idle is a lot better after oil change due to really sluggy thicker than thick oil and filter really clogged up!!!

    Wheres this vaccum thing? And the boost valve? So i can check. I need someone who had same issue and see what fixed it for the car. Photo helps :-)

    Check the how 2 for the boost sensor but its on the back of the inlet manifold next to the egr the vacuum unit is on the front scuttle panel with 2 rubber pipes going to it. Run the engine and pull a pipe off and see if it hisses as air rushes in when the vacuum is broken if not check the rubber pipes connected to it they are well known for leaks and therefore no vacuum or turbo boost

    If the oil was that bad did you do an engine flush?

    2 new silicone hoses to booster sensor. Boost sensor took apart and cleanted through.

    Will look at this vac pump. But can feel rushs of air pass through. But will check.

    It's not a pump just a vacuum chamber have you any fault codes showing check the replaced pipes are on tight no leaks

    Checked all pipes, all tight, no leaks!

    Brother in law suggested air meter. Could that cause issues?

    No fault showing on reader.

    Anyone? I will check vacuum pump, recheck boost sensor connections, maf, what else should i look for? So i can check check check without going back to check for something else.

    All in one go!

    What else should i check?
