They are when they come out of the factory! I know a lot are modded as people try to get V6 performance out of a four pot car!

they get better than v6 performance the 3.0 v6 cdti is only 174 bhp 1.9 cdti are running 190 -220 bhp

I bet i see a thousand vecs a week on my travels. I'd be surprised if 10% of them were mapped/ modded.

bhp is not everything torques has a big part to play and 0.7 of a second its not going to pull away the 1.9 would be on its tail getting twice the mpg lol
