Handbrake

Hey all, how does the handbrake cable detach from rear calipers?
Does this need to screw of or is mine just seized and need a good wiggle about with a pair of grips?

With the handbrake released you should be able to push the spring loaded arm that the cable is attached to - to give you some slack and then you can undo the cable nipple from the arm.

It's the black part in this photo, I can get the inside part of the cable off no problem but having problems with the other part, don't want to break something and having to replace more parts.

Right - they should just pull out - try some penetrating oil on it

Got it mate, was just afraid it needed to screw out or something and me yanking on it and breaking something. Thanks for all you're help
