Car/Spanner Light Problem

Ok, so searched forum and google, had this light come up.

Just wondering peoples thoughts, its a 2005 1.9 cdti

Driving earlier the light flashed up, then went off, kept randomly going on and off, now its stayed on for bout 15 mins. At times felt like there was a lack of power, possible limp mode? Cars booked in for major service tomorrow also. Filled with fuel earlier, problems started after that, but that may just be coincidence.

Glow plugs, oil and all that will be changed tomorrow, fuel filter too.

So any ideas? Very slugish low Revs.

Read about egr too but haven't got much info on it

you need to have codes read it saves random replacment of parts that are very expensive,it sounds like it may be egr valve that needs cleaning and possibley manifold decoking.but as said code reading is ther way to go.
