    Default 0-60 time following remap

    Morning chaps...

If I get my 150 remapped to say, 190bhp, what sort of 0-60 time should I be expecting?

The book figure for a 150 auto is 9.7 secs...

If the 3.0 V6 CDTI is anything to go by, comparison on a like for like basis
The 9.7 seconds will lower to about 9.1 seconds

The main difference you will be aware of will be the mid-speed acceleration
    The 30 to 50 mph
This should change from about 7.5 seconds to about 5.5 seconds

mine is a manual and mapped , but i dont do the 0-60 as it is limited in the first 2 gears , but i find 3 being a good gear , say come off a roundabout in 3rd and push the fun pedal , just let her hold that gear ,nice smile on my face ,

the vectra has gone , but not far away so ill still see it form time to time

The 150ps manual was quoted by vx as 8.9 seconds standard. Other publications posted 9.8 for some reason but it was never that slow, so it must have been an admin error at some point. I would not be doing 0-60 times myself anymore but with a stage one EDS map on the POD, the manual vectra will match or beat one of the new Type-Rs.

Tested mine using the GPS data logger (Performance Box) in 3rd gear

    30-50 : 3.1 seconds
    40-70 : 4.6 seconds

The first test is below the full spool of my larger hybrid turbo, so slower to start with but caught you up. The second test is in my spool range and I was faster per mph over those 30mph than the first.
