I'm trying to narrow down internal heating issue,

    Fan blows fine all settings,

Red lever motor by glove box moves fine

Heater matrix both hoses (flow and return) equally hot

Its either this (pictured above) or the flaps within the whole air cabin box!!

Ahhh. I was kinda hoping it was not that but most likely mine's on the blink! As I'm only getting warm heat. Barely warm by time it reach our face!! Due to cold weather and troubleshooting, could not find the problem. Due to using cabin air box I took them apart and learnt a great deal about it from a donor car. So will I be able to fit that part to my manual as the part I got came from car that have auto on the heater panel... Please say yes!!! I'm planning to attack and replace today.

Cant drive in cold car all the time with 1 yer at old baby and 8 year old!!

    Anyone reckon it'll be that???

If you manually move the red/ pink lever does that then give you hot air?

Are both heater matrix pipes hot?

The red lever moves freely, i even adjusted it by hand. Still give same warm air.

Both pipes hot in engine bay. Was thinking to shine light inside and see if flaps controlled by red lever is moved.

Also test one at top that got motor servo as well, it seems it controls direction of air. Its all black motor and arms.
