Default This is how my bumper looks like ... :(((

Right....so...yesterday, coming of a40, going to Kingsbury, passing trough Edgware, at a crossing, i take left and at a certain point they were 2 morons who wanted to cross the street. I had to brake quite hard and at that moment i hear a big boom and my head goes off my shoulders. And this is what happened :

It was a merc who decided that my a**e is too nice for him ..and tried to smash it (and succeeded by the looks of it). You should`ve seen the merc : front bumper smashed, radiator broken (coolant all over the road), headlight, bonet, all gone)..., I have the rear bumper and the pipe from the back box a little bit bended...and that is it !!!
Now I am in a search of a rear bumper, preferably the same color code Z155 , moonland grey !!! If anyone has an idea.... please shout !!!

does the boot open and shut ok? you need to check the crash bar behind the bumper also lift up the boot carpet and look for crinkles in the floorpan.

also check both rear doors as well mate

Can't you claim from his insurance? Get a quote from VX for a new one, sprayed and fitted...

I've been waiting ages for someone to hit my front bumper so I can get a new one, minus the scratches that I've put on it!

So why are you ending up fixing it and not the other guys insurance?

Also, as already said, I'd be quite surprised if there is no underlying damage if it was hit as hard as you say.

we settled for an amount of money ....and....you know !! I would have to go into details and I don`t want to !! My wife always told me that I am too honest and kind for this century, he`s been paying for the part, but i want to get them cheaper !
