    Default water water everywhere

what a nightmare, long story this so ill try and keep it short. past couple of days weve noticed water coming down the wall in the kitchen and seeing as weve had very heavy rain and knowing weve a problem with the bathroom ceiling (above the kitchen) i assumed the worse and put it down to the leaky roof so called a roofer out today who said 'yes mate blah blah £800' oh great i thought. so i went back to work and cried for a while and when i got home the walls soaking wet again, and also the kitchen ceiling is soaking and dripping water. but weve had no rain at all today, and also the water has now tripped the elecy. so i thought maybe it was leaking pipework under the bathroom floor so as the bathroom floors tiled i had to cut a hole in the kitchen ceiling, only to find the leak is coming from nextdoor. who live in spain and have had a new kitchen a bathroom fitted two weeks ago. great. ive now turned their stop tap off outside, serves them right for not asking me to fit the kitchen and bathroom, so i hope that when they get back they will get whoever did their bathroom to put my ceiling right. i feel sorry for them really, thinking their coming home to a new bathroom to find it flooded. oops

No worries m8, you can't ever replace a missed birthday party and at that age, you wouldn't want to, so "we" all hope you have a great day and get the leak sorted all ok, and in your favour !

Hope to catch up with you in the New Year then ?

    Have a good one m8

    Cheers

And your damage will be covered by next door's insurance (assuming they have some) so a good time for anything that's on the way out to become water damaged .

their plumber has just been round and said he'll sort everything out, I feel kinda bad cos it wouldn't take me 5 mins to re board the hole but if I caused a leak at work I'd put it right.
