    Default Quick HID Question before I order?

    Are these the correct HID's I need for my 57 plate CDTI 150? I already have MTEC Sidelights,

    yep they are ok ........
    they are sold for off road and show cars ...but as the vectra has projection lenses they are getting through M.O.Ts ok at the
    moment .

    if you have a face lift you are better of getting metal base bulbs as they fit better

    No difference IMO, its the metal clip that needs a bodge, the base of the bulbs made no difference on mine...

    Looks like a canny kit that one. Would be interesting to know what the differences are between one at this price & the cheap-ish ebay ones (like i recently bought).

    Nor mine. The plastic based ones I've got have been in place just over 3 years now and never popped out of the bulb holders (apart from when I had to change one earlier in the year, and the replacements haven't popped out either)

    Mines facelift and the hid's are plastic bases on the bulbs and they click into place very firmly, never had any issues.... And my car went through its mot last week without any problems at all,, the tester , a mate of mine, told me that auto levellers and washers must work WHERE FITTED...so happy days....
