Front grill removal

I'm going to remove the top grill of my insignia, it looks like they just a clip in , does any one know if you need to take of the bumper ?

Its the grill section that holds the griffin ! If the makes sense ?.

Changed my grill for a Irmsher one. You dont need to remove the bumper but unless you have some hand skills I wouldnt recommed it. I cut mine out with a hacksaw blade it took about 4 hours to carry out the whole job.
