    Which manifold cover looks best... Brushed or mirror polished finish? Could also paint black?

    Not quite mirror finish yet, just re done up to 2000 grit, going to polish at the weekend...

    Vectra vxr custome remaps egr deletes dpf and diagnostic work all remaps are custome bench tuning avalible all genuine equipment PM for info

    Mirror finish for me but then i am biased . when you done polishing buy yourself some silver dubbing , helps prevent the oxidation returning to the metal and then all you need to do is go over with the polishing wheel every so often to keep it looking first class

    where did you get all the caps and the bonnet mirrors? Polished looks best imo

    Caps are just painted and the mirrors I made myself using 3mm Perspex safety mirrors...

    Made them out of 5mm frosted Perspex...

    Put the mirrored one on for now by the way
