    Cool 2 jobs done

changed my pollen filter for one of the carbon ones and tightened up the bonnet release cable and it fairly makes a difference to the pull handle, tightens it right up. I take it the carbon filter will be better than the normal one?

I always replace the pollen filter with a carbon one each time, much better than a straight paper one, helps get rid of fumes and certain external smells too.

So it's well worth the extra then mate. What else did you notice whilst using it?

Wish I fitted the carbon one! I fitted a normal one last week, and this morning was stuck behind an F reg Mini and the fumes were making my eyes water!

I change my pollen filter every year with a standard paper one. Is carbon more pricy?

TBH there is nothing extra to notice. The carbon just helps to remove unwanted fumes.
