Dry in Northumberland at the moment. i'm sure that will change soon looking at the clouds. Just came back from the beach at Druidge Bay and boy it's windyyyyyyyy. Trouble to satnd up job.

When we arrived the RAF rescue helipcopter was there practising, I think just off of the beach. That kept the kids glued for a while. The heicopter came from RAF Boulmer.

That reminds me, driving home up the A1 yesterday and the police shut it due to the strong winds and directed every one up the A168 and A19. As I was going up to Thirsk around TopCliffeI noticed the river Cod Beck had burst its banks and saw a Tesco? lorry/artic with water halfway up the lorry, must of flooded the cab.
