A little bit of work on sunday.... Tnaks a lor Envy (chris)!!!!

So,

we have decided early, during the week, that we meet today (me and envy) to do a little bit of error cleaning on the car. So, today, we met and got to work. While the ladies got to know each other better and play with the kids, Envy and me cleared the errors and drove her a little bit to see if they come up again. They were errors about the EGR, about the broken glow plug that I have ...but nothing came up , thank God.

Then ...Envy had an IDEA .... how bout if we do a ilttle bit of DA on the headlights...they were a little bit yellow (ish) ...and this is what it looks like :

They look so much better, no more stains, don`t say anything about the yellow sidelights (they will be done shortly, I hope)

Hi Mate and thanks for the posting ours efforts for today.

Your lights really came up well. Better than I thought with the limited time and daylight we had.

Shame we didn't get more before pics before we started.

Here's the run down of what we did on the front lights.

Wet and Dry sanded 1500 Grit but then went to 1200 grit as it was not quite hitting it.

3m cutting compound on a quite rough DA pad with quite a few passes.

3m cutting compound on a softer DA Pad again quite a few passes.

Finished off with some AG Class Polish on a softer pad then an even softer pad for that final polishing touch.

Once again it was my pleasure to help and a huge thanks to Happy Postie. (He will know why and I hope you don't mind mate)

I was also glad to give you a small DA lesson. Not that hard really is it.

Kids loved meeting your wife. My youngest took quite a shine to her.

Next up is the start of your LED conversion which I'm really looking forward too.

Love getting my Iron out lol.

DA all cleaned up.

All pads washed and dried.

Now having a Stella or two and a quite evening in.

Glad to hear you like the change in your headlights. They look better than mine now and mine are 3 years newer!

They came up great but one day in the future I would like to drop your bumper and remove them for the full on cleanup.

I suspect I have OCD or something )
