Ahh, that's probably my fault. There are different servos, I wasn't aware the mixer one was on the drivers side as I've never had a problem with mine. As I mentioned it's the air recirc one that's gone on mine and that is the passenger side. Sorry if I caused any confusion.

Right. This might help every one...

Driver side is to change directions of air flow. Tested, all funtion as should.

Pass side is to put heating on or cold... Works fine as should...

Flaps inside all funtion as should for both servos...

Decided to strip dash out but halfway in, i thought about it hard... Thinking...

Why do i get little heat when everythings fine? Garage said matrix isnt blocked as i got both hoses hot...

Then thought hard how it works great into deep depth... It fills up and effectively becomes a radiator with holes for air to go through...

What if its basically just full of gunk or water not in matrix properly? So into engine bay. Top hose of thermastat housing that leads to matrix... Water flows out of housing fine. Blew into the flow matrix hose, hard to blow into it!!! 3 attempts to force all coolant/water out...

Finally no more resistance all water blew out!!! Hose pipe to old air con rubber hose and clamped flow hose and hosepipe. Full blast. Mind the mess as it sprays everywhere!!!

Then connected that air con pipe to housing. Tap on and blasted through til both flow hose got water rushing out and top of expansion tank release hole is gushing out.

Put everything back on. Ran engine. Til warm, wooooo. Hot air!!!

Took me half the time to put internal dash back on!

Simple thing i cannot believe it!!!!

I'm gonna do it one more time with wife's uncle. He got some stuff that contain soda that corrode metals if left in there more than 5 minutes. We're gonna do it soon as we both are available. Will do pics to help others :-) spring clips is hard to undo due to tight access!!
