    Default fitting hids tomorrow

    im going to attemped to fit my hids tomorrow im not looking forward to be doing it as dont look like much room under there. anyone in wrexham area fancy helping haa

    It's not as hard as it looks. Yes, it's a bumper-off job (just follow the How2) and a bit fiddly but even I was surprised I managed it, and I'm a techno-mechanico-biff. Get some long cable ties, some 3M sticky pads and some self-tapping screws to hold the ballasts underneath the headlight unit.

    were is the how 2 bit i couldnt fint the hid one?

    I meant the How2 for removing the bumper - (http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/showth...84#post1277584) Parts 1-10 of this will help you. I didn't remove the undertray, I just let the bumper rest down on some supporting cushions. Taking the headlights off and fitting the bulbs and ballasts is fairly straightforward and the instructions which were included were fine for me.

    the storage under the lights is obvious once the lights are out x2 self tappers and a cable tie job done

    Yep, but you'll also need a couple more self tappers and another cable tie for the other side as well
