i bought one of these

it came without the red power cable, i called them and they said that they will send me one out, he said the cable is only for charging the ipod/iphone

i connected it up without the red cable and i cant get it to work, its set to the correct frequency and i tried the other 2

does anyone else have one of these, does it work without the red cable

my iphone does recognise the plug when playing music

fancy disconnecting your red cable and trying it? the guy on the phone was adamant it would work without it
