    Cool Z19DT EML Help...

    Turnt car on earlier... Spanner come on... Op-com'd and give me these... Its Z19DT 2004

    P0234 - Boost Pressure Control Circuit Negative Deviation
    (5A) - Not present

    P1125 - Throttle Actuator Feedback Circuit Malfunction
    (08) - Not present

    Cleared it... and havnt come back?? What do they mean and what needs replacing?? As i currently have a Zafira with same engine at moment... So i will nab bits of that

    P0234 is overboost. Check your cavuum pipes to the turbo and actuator solenoid for splits or holes. Also check your turbo hoses for splits and holes too.

    Another check to do is to see if the turbo's actuator arm moves freely, if it sticks, then it could be the VNT mechanism sticking causing it to overboost.

    As your car is 2004, I would say the solder joints are starting to crack up in throttle body housing hence the P1125 error. Easy enough to fix with a soldering iron as per the How2.

    One will have a look at that to Thanks guys, i can then clean it are they hard to remove the tb's

    Easy enough. I would buy a replacement TB gasket but that's just me.
