Default '06 150 injectors? Had everything else done!!

    Hi All,
    Thanks for the welcome

Have a 1.9 CDTI SRI estate.
    Fantastic car until this........

Would only tick over, this was in Norwich, called RAC and guy didnt have a clue.
"I know this local garage, great with deisels" he said. He couldn't wait to drop me off there as it was his home time.

It was down there 4 months!! (due to funds)
They changed the inlet and the EGR cost me £1000 plus transport home.
After reading all the blogs on here I could have had it fixed in no time, but....
The DPF was blogged, had it regened and it starts ok, but this garage must have had the injectors out of it as there is deisel and fumes coming from injector 2 and its only firing on 2.
I have checked and done jobs that needed doing, as said the inlet manifold and EGR are new, the DPF is regened, I have replaced all the vacuum pipes, and now this problem
I have also noticed, if I get underneath the car and look up at the front, there are exhaust gases coming from something on the left of the manifold, also on the right there is a large hose and there is a little oil dripping from it.

So prior to it going into limp mode the car was perfect, then these guys in Norwich set away on it. I joined this forum and followed very carefully what I could do, but the unjectors nad other things I mentioned are out of my league, (unless I am told what to do)

Any ideas fellas before I take it to a garage?
I seen Elddis in Durham mentioned and was gonna drop it there.
Just thought I would mention my nightmare here first

Hope I can get some direction.
    Cheers
    Ian

I assume then it's the passenger side of the engine if you are doing this, therefore the gases are escaping from what sounds like the EGR valve connection - ie if you followed the EGR valve's pipe it will come to the exhause manifold. You can actually see this from the top of the engine too.

Yes I think it is, although I havent followed the pipe, I was lost after replacing the front vacuum tubes, wasn't sure were to look next. So could it be that tube split too?
