is this a respray job

I've tried polishing it but it's now looked like it's burnt it seems to be getting bigger and spreading across the front of the bonnet

ur guess is as good as mine started a while ago n just been gearing worse my Astra turbo done it on the bumper aswel

yeb looks like you have burned through ( strike through if you like ) , looks like a respray job to me , even with a da you can burn through , i know did it to my car about 2 years ago , when i first got into detailing .

well the brown mark got on it after the da to try make it look better as it been like that a while ao tried make it better dint work why do they suffer peel

will the whole bonnet need spray also what sort of cash woikd it cost

Prob cheaper to find a donor bonnet the right colour as silver should be easy to find.

Try dent master or similar ...i might have been able to help you out but don't know where in the uk you are
