Hi how do I realign/adjust the front fog lights on pre-face Sri?

On the non sports pre face foglights there is an Allen screw that adjusts them, there is a small hole in the surround.

On the non sports pre face foglights there is an Allen screw that adjusts them, there is a small hole in the surround.

The same allen key adjustment can also be found on the fecelift fogs too.
