I recently bought 35watt 6000k hids for my preface 1.8ls vectra since then I have a light bulb symbol pop up n the dash when the lights are off but when I turn the lights off the symbol goes. What could this be?

Did you get cancellers with the kit?

Yea you'd think, but the Vec is very fickle, some work without, most don't. Personally id find someone local with Tech2 or Opcom and just have the Xenon option set to Present.

Yep, enabling Xenon's in Tech2 or Opcom will stop the warning appearing (but will still tell you if a bulb is out). I found doing this fixed my problem as i had cancellers and sometimes got the warning with them fitted.
