New to the vectra, would like an armrest installing in the fron
have a 2004 petrol 1.8 energy vectra c, got a really good motor spares near me
is it just a case of getting an armrest and fitting it?

Pretty much. Go to your local scrappies and find a car with the arm rest fitted, remove the arm rest(4 torx bolts) then you will also need to remove the centre console from the handbrake back, its only held on by a few torx screws.
cheers, when u say centre console form the handbrake back is it just part of the centre console? any pics at all relating to this?

can anyone else add to this? I can see loads of armrest for sale on ebay, not sure if/how it can fit onto my energy tho?

i have the arm rest part for sale if you needed that, the rubber coating around the vents is worn though, but can do it for around £15 posted? can provide a pic if needed

nope sorry, only took the armrest out incase the one in the new car i bought was any worse. i have a garage full of spares lol
(that exhaust reducer turned up this morning, only ordered it lunchtime yesterday, cant fault that for service , thanks again for all your help)
Does it fit the 2.2 section ok? Do a how2 for it when you do it mate, a lot of people ask about this mod.
havent checked yet, the exhaust is up the father in laws garage, will try and do a how2 yes,
