Default Urgent help needed please! New user :)

hello everyone, i asking for for urgent help.

    I have a 2004 Vectra C SRI 1.9 CDTI 150bhp (z19dth) 63k miles

few days i had total loss of power and was drving round in limp mode went round to my mates garage and a few others everyone said the turbo had gone. so me and my mate fitted the new turbo did the usual stuff left it idling for 5-10mins and went for a quick slow drive to see if the power is restored. but no there was no power still in limp mode. checked all boost pipes, maf sensor, egr valve (about 6months old anyway) blanked it off about a month ago, throttle body and they were all clear. so all i could then do is go to garage.

hooked it up to the computer.

Got loads of error code :0!

i know about the egr fault code thats due to blank plate.

    P0243
    P0703
    P0400
    P1180
    P0030
    P1125
    P0638
    P1109
    P0110

so if anyone could be any help will be much appreciated, already spent about £1000+ past month on alternator, new turbo today now other problems!

dont want to chuck more money away.

Good luck m8 and again, welcome aboard

Is it always in limp mode or does it go into limp mode when you try to floor it? If it is the latter, replace the big turbo hose connecting to the throttle body. There could be a thin hole on it that you guys are not seeing. This is most times the cause of this kind of fault.

Check all your rubber pipes especially the small ones the come from the back of the engine to the front right side and them to your boost pressure valve on the front right valance they are known to crack and cause similar issues.

Well basically its in limp mode from the start only revs to 2k. Unless I have the egr unplug. Which doesn't help much but gives me up to 3k revs to play with. Dont think we got any splits in the boost pipes as we cheaked every single pipe we took off and cleaned them out to.

All the error code I've written down are mostly to do with the manifold, boost sensor, throttle stuck open, swirl flaps which move freely.Yesterday I resulting in taking the manifold maybe it could be clogged up. Started about 3pm still still wasn't able to take the ****** thing there two metal pipe blocking me from acsessing the last nut on the manifold.

so please i need all the help.i can get i love my car its my first car im 19 by the way and before anyone says ive been ragging it round i havnt and was slowly gonna be my show car. Was going to remap but the money i had saved up has gone mostly on fitting the turbo

Don't think the manifold will be so clogged up to be causing this problem since you mentioned that the swirl flaps are moving freely otherwise the bar will be off by now. You could have just squirt carb cleaner through the manifold by removing throttle body. Can you get a seconds working EGR to test? And you can try another turbo hose as well. It still sounds like you have a split hose through which you are losing boost. Has this got a DPF by any chance?

p0030 ho2s heater control circuit bank 1 = faulty lambda sensor
p1109 iat b sensor intermittent = swirl flap fault
p0703 fault =? is your car an automatic ?

some of these faults may be due to your turbo change over
probably best to have these faults cleared and then run the car again and then see which ones re-appear

The egr valve is brand new. Its got a complete de-cat exhaust system. Its a manual. I have had the codes cleared about 8 times :/ because my mate owns a garage and he got same car. And the swirl flap bar has been off for months. And also I have sprayed carb cleaner by taking the throttle body off before I started taking the manifold off still no difference. :'( and cuz I need my car for I'm loosing my money like no mans business.
