    Default Winter care.

Can anyone recommend a product to help protect my car thru the winter. It's fairly high mileage that I do, mostly motorways so will come in for a bit of a beating from salt spray. I've been using poorboys polish and wax all year with QD for the odd touch up.

Is there any one product that will offer some protection against salt spray that i can use?

Regular washing and get a coat of wax on when ever you can.

As above really , The only thing that will give the car any protection is a good wax .
Collinite 476 or 915 will give you about 3 months protection or a good liquid wax like collinite 845 or ultra finish butter wax are good for 2 months
    Driving vauxhall,s for 30 + years
    and still loving it

Cheers, I've been using Natty's from Poorboys and it's built up quite a bit, would you say using the same stuff would have the desired effect too or should I be looking at the collinite range for better protection? What's the best way to get any salt crud off, simple rinse or fire up the jetwash?

Snowfoam, this time of year is when it really comes into its own. Or spray on Pre Washes seem to be getting quite popular.
