i have spoken with them about this myself.. they don't have a 'recommended' actuator.. However if you show the pics that i posted up they may be able to help.. Have you contacted a Saab parts dealer like Neo Brothers to see if they have one available?

the actuator pics are from a Mitsubishi TD04L14T turbo found on late Z20NET (vectra/signum) and B207R (Saab 9-3 SS Aero) engines.. Forge do not stock one for the Saab 9-3 SS 2.0T Aero engine but Neo Brothers should do a used unit. Normally i would say to check with Kinugawa or JAWwharehouse but they if i remember they do not have one. You could also try contacting CRTurbos, ask for Craig and see if he can help, he is a helpful fella.

The Garrett GT2052 is a low pressure turbo and the Mitsi TD04 turbos are high pressure turbos so the actuators have different ratings even if you managed to shoe horn one onto it.

yes mate,, the boost is controlled by the charge air boost valves (aka boost solenoids) which in turn are controlled by the map on the ecu. putting non standard components on these can trip them into a limp mode. Its an expensive thing to get wrong, a remap is the best way to get more out of that engine rather than an 'uprated' actuator. I run mine with a TD04HL16T at the moment and it has a standard actuator and pulls in the 280bhp area (will stick it on a RR in the spring to check its still there) but i do have a bunch of other mods to help it..

guys on here run in the region of 240bhp with a standard td04l14t and a remap (plus 381cc injectors)..

there are quite a few upgraded parts for these mate.. no need to reprofile the cams either, just buy some saab aero cams that are ready to go in. Neo Brothers sell them and very other part to upgrade these engines, the limit is your wallett, if you want over 300bhp then no problem, if you want 500bhp its doable but gonna cost ya.
