Default That ol' inner tyre tread wear problem again!

Hi All, I've got a Vectra C with 19" snowflake alloys. I've had it from virtually new. Earlier this year the rear rose bushes needed replacing after the (private) garage where I get it MOT'ed noticed the rear tyres (Toyo's) were knackered on the inner edges. They were very unevenly worn, and I'd been wondering where the noise was coming from! Anyway, once the suspension was sorted, I got new tyres all round (Avon ZZ5's, as I'd had ZZ3's in the past with no probs at all). At the same time, I had a full alignment check done at the dealer on their laser machine. Car handled a treat after. Only four months later (with some fair mileage done), the noise came back and sure enough the rear tyres are badly worn again. The garage says there's no play anywhere in the rear suspension, and they don't think there's nowt wrong with the rear shocks. I've read the previous threads on here, but I am a little puzzled as to why I've never had this prob in the first 110k of miles on the car. Does anyone have any new thoughts on possible causes and remedies?? Cheers Dave

Do you have a print out of how they set the suspension up?

Same wheels for the life of the car?? Or maybe the car was slightly highered or lowered when the suspension parts were replaced.

But if the laser alignment was done on all four wheels on a Hunter machine then the car should indeed have been sorted.
