    How do I get rid of this message on the display!!!

    Safeguard = alarm related problem.

    It needs the fault code(s) reading out. Beats guessing what's wrong.

    Not an estate car is it?

    No, not an estate. I pulled one of the fuses in the boot when I was fault finding and it came up. I didnt know the other fuse box was in the footwell!

    Did it not go out again when putting the fuse back in?

    Nor did I. I thought there were only threee fuse boxes. One in the boot, one on the end of the passenger side of the dashboard, and one under the bonnet next to the battery.

    Hi Big Dave. The safeguard display didn't go out when the fuse was replaced. It's been like that now for almost a year! I'll probably just stick it to the local garage and get them to check for fault codes.
