emmmm.... do you mean where the plug fits into the swasher bottle or where the wiring loom is for the sensor.

The latter is taped up with the light loom. I managed to get mine down without taking the bumper off.

As for the sensor into the bottle. You need to drill a hole if you dont have one already. Easy to do... I even did mine in place without emptying the water bottle... Got a bit wet mind you lol...

    Hi mate.

It's dead easy.... Take your time and follow the instructions on the guide and you will be fine.

If you look on ebay for "Vectra C Display" loads come up. You done even need ones with the vent surrounds as the display will fit the TID scree mount. What you do need is the plug that goes in the back so message the sellers asking if they have this in advance.

Make sure if you a half can bus car you get ethe right display etc for the car type. Try and find one for the same fuel type also... Petrol for petrol etc as these should work straight away without needing to be reprogramed. You will need th stalk also for a prefacelift car for them to work.

I know it looks daunting but take your time and an hour max later you will have a fully working GID display!

If you car not a 2002? If so then the GID should not be paired as long as your fitting a prefaclift screen.....

"Try to get a GID from a 02/03 car if possible as these are not paired to the radio,if you cant remember that it will have to be unpaired from what ever car you buy it from.
To change TID -> GID in CDR-2005 CCR-2006 radios are only valid display codes EQ,XR,QX,WZ and EU"

Its all here in this thread bud!
