    Default strange behaviour when cold

Hi guys, I've got a strange problem with my 2.2 dti. When cold my car starts to... the only way i can describe it is ( she softly judders) it's as though the wheels are suddenly oval. Strange way to describe it i know but it's not a judder as though she's missing but i can notice/feel it. She's done 113000 miles
Same glow plugs, but starts fine
    Boost sensor cleaned
egr works but will be replaced as i damaged it trying to remove it to clean
New Turbo around a year ago
fuel filter hasn't been replaced for a long time (my bad)
    mass airflow hasn't been touched
Needs a new boost pipe as mine has split but temporary repaired.
I appreciate there's a few jobs need doing but could any of these cause these symptoms or do i have another job looming that will need doing
    Thanks guy's
    any input appreciated

I'm assuming the Car has no codes?

    1) Could be just the fuel filter clogged reducing the availability of fuel to the injection pump and so impeding the spray pattern of the injector.

    2) Could be worn injectors with a poor spray pattern, fuel takes longer to burn when cold.

Would start with the fuel filter though on economics.

How is the EGR damaged leaking gas?

Not sure if there's any codes flagged up, I think i tried doing the foot brake/ accelerator press method to show up codes but wouldn't work on my car although did work on the wifes corsa. Perhaps i should try again, maybe i wasn't doing it right. I'll check the search function to see how to do it again.

While trying to carefully remove the egr i somehow managed to fracture the upper brass pipe, my egr was well frozen in and took alot of persusion even to get it to move. By the time it was starting to come free the damage was done, i soldered the pipe back up but it didn't hold, so using what was left of the pipe i managed to get a rubber hose over it and it was tight but i split that hose while tightening up the jubilee clip and i decided enough was enough and ordered a replacement. apart from that the egr was working fine albeit a bit sooty

Would you describe the feeling (other than oval wheels) to be a sort of lurching. i.e . the car seems to just pull then release for a nano second and you are left wondering if it really happened. If so I have that too. I think its my MAP sensor or EGR as it only happened after I cleaned them.

describing it like that pretty much hits the nail on the head. Only does it when cold though but even when it does do it, if you pull over and slip it into neutral she idles perfect.
