I have a question about lifetime warranties and wanted to ask someone on here about them as I seem to be getting the runaround a little at my local shop.

I'm sure we can at the very least speculate about it regardless of whether or not we work there!

I do no think they can refuse, providing they have been used in a manor to which they were designed.

When I bought my set they did say the ratchets were only covered by a 1 year warranty due to the moving parts, however the ratchet spanners were covered as they were not serviceable, but on the website for the ratchet spanner with flexible heads (reduced to £39.99 :-)) it says lifetime warranty on the advert but in the small print something about not moving parts, so really only half the spanner is covered under warranty.

Its designed to be a wobble bar, believe me its great for doing the glow plugs. As it allows the deep 9mm to sit nicely on them with the fuel rail in the way.

cheers, it did take a little gettin used to, but as long as thats the way its designed then thats fine. 150 peace for £99, less then a pound per peace, value for money in my mind cant fault it.
