Im planing to remap my car and now studding remaping and tuning Vectra with EDC16c9. So I`m looking for some professional mod to guide me .

Here you can see my project.

And if you dig further you can find a lot about remaping and diesel engine tunning.

You have a preface life I presume then as the post have EDC16C39 ECUs. The preface are easier to tune and often give better results, my preface lift made 380lbft on just diesel and a standard turbo. If you are looking to tune heavily, I would do in order:

Airbox modified to add a second cold air feed
    Hybrid turbo
    Front mounted intercooler
    Remap
    Water/methanol kit
    Exhaust

No, no i do not want to invest hundreds of Euro... Just to optimize the burning process for maximum efficiency... Removing DPF, closing EGR, high air (boost) pressure, high rail pressure, high temp burning...

Im looking for a template to copy from...

You're looking for a simple remap then.
Removing Cats will not help unless you go to a highly tuned diesel, so you should just block the EGR at both ends and have a remap to remove the EGR, moving the timing slightly at top end, raise the pressure in the rail to 1800bar and adjust the injection length to keep smoke away while maximising perfomance. The turbo will not handle much more boost and it would be pointless above 3000rpm as the air would be getting too hot to be useful.

You can waste alot of time and money on trying things, I assure you. Either just remap it and be happy or get serious and stump up for a hybrid would be my advice.

Uprated nozzles lol there a work in process injectors would help but then original ones have a decent ish flow rate any way especially with a strong map tbh I have maxed a few sets out lol

I've reduced my water/methanol flow to half what it used to be and still hit 228 wheel power on standard injectors. I threw a small 56 turbo at an 888 Astra and when remapped is pushed out 222bhp and 380lbft on standard injectors, small front mounted intercooler and straight through exhaust (no water/methanol). The timing was not advanced at all on that either. Obviously the torque on that was limited far below that for the final product to stop it popping the gearbox. So unless you want very high power figures you don't need uprated nozzles. A water methanol kit can help with fueling, cooling and keeping things clean inside the intake and engine. I am undecided if it would be better to get the nozzles or water/methanol kit first as yet because I am still saving funds to send off these four nozzles. A decent kit with rpm control as well as boost would cost £500+, which would be cheaper than buying four nozzles and modifying them.
