    Default Interior bulb.

Anyone confirm the fitment for the map light bulbs in the front of the car? and how many bulbs i need, 3?

Want nice white bulbs instead of the yellowish ones.

And what about the rear lights? they the same? easy to change?

If you want nice bright white ones, might be worth while getting LEDs. A lot of members have been using em & they're bright as heck!

I bought canbus safe ones here
    http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/130591243207

They work OK in the front, but I had trouble getting them to work at all in the rear seat light, so I have got Mtec501 bulbs in the rear.
Not sure what the problem is/was, but fronts would'nt work either with LED's in the back.

To get the old bulbs out some 1/4 inch internal diameter clear plastic tubing (as on vacuum gauges, etc) can be slipped over the bulbs and used to pull them out.
Plus LED bulbs only work when inserted the correct way around, ie, if it does not work remove it and turn it around.

Tony, Try taping up or scratching off 2 of the contacts, so one of the + and one of the -, just make sure there not on the same side...

No idea why but instead of it just not getting the polarity the right way and not lighting it seems to cause a short circuit, I had issues on a set of standard LEDs that had wrap around contacts, I just trimmed them... Hope this makes sense...

Oh and Kenny the 20smd ones seem to be brightest I've used, I put a thread up somewhere of the ones I have now...
