    Default Hankook Ventus V12 evo - your comments please

    Guys, seen a couple of tyres, above brand.

    Whats your thoughts on these, they any good or a waste of time?

    Have used them on a couple of cars, average wear and very good grip in both dry and wet. Haven't used them in the cold yet though.

    never had hankooks myself but my fathers fiesta had hankook evo's from the factory, not sure if they were v12's or some other variant but it is only a 1.4 and he drives very smoothly.No sudden braking or acceleration and the fronts had to be changed as one developed a nasty sidewall bulge at 8000 miles.

    Any brand of tyre can bulge due to pothole damage, funnily enough my mums fiesta also developed a bulge on a hankook tyre and bent the wheel when she hit a pothole.

    I did ask my father if he had hit any potholes, he didn't recall hitting and the wheel was not damaged.
