Any automotive parts place. There's no such thing as far as i know. Uprated pads such as EBC Greenstuff might be a better option to OEM, or go for the 312 upgrade

If you go on the ECP website and type your reg in, it brings up all the available pads and disks they supply - I know in the case of my Vec 150 CDTI it brings up a choice of about 3 (Eicher, Pagid and Bosch). The Pagid pads at £28 (101880208) are 'standard' (as I recently bought these), but they also do a Pagid set at £48 (101880238), which if you click on the part details list them for 'special usage govt vehicles; special usage with sports suspension'. I understand (according to ECP) that these are Police spec......???

The police spec pads only came for the 314 and possibly the 345's. They are however made by Mintex and mintex make pads for the 285's. I use mintex OE pads and they are far better than vx pads.

Same size as mine but mine is a 2004 SRI - whilst the 'special govt vehicles' option comes up on ECP when I type my reg, some of the dimensions differ from those of the standard pads so it isnt like you could opt to buy these just because it lists them for your car - I guess the website is offering options on the assumption that various vec specs were used by the Police, but had upgraded discs (from 285, to 304, etc). At that money you may as well buy a performance pad which would be just as good if not better
