Default 1.9cdti flexi fuel line burst

Hi Guys, I have just had the flexi fuel burst that feeds into the fuel filter, the car stinks of diesel but it did get me home.
I am after a bit of advice, is it a specialist job having this repaired as it is crimped either end? any one know how much its likely to cost, i'm thinking about calling someone like pirtek to see if they could replace it at home.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Cheers

Quick update, pitek totally uninterested wanted £100 to turn up and refused to do anything on the car, but to take the whole line out would require me draining a brimmed tank on my drive.vauxhall said they cant comment without seeing it but with diesel spraying everywhere i cant move it, does anyone know what sort of pressure this pipe is under? If its fairly low i could just try and repair the leak with a hose connector and jubilee clips??

Personally I'd be replacing the full pipe that has burst, as the fuel system is under a HUGE amount of pressure, and wouldn't trust a repair like that

If the tank needs draining, may be work draining it into a container to re-use?

Quick update, vauxhall said they would have a look but it was pretty much an open ticket for them and have been reamed by them before. Called a mobile guy locally, came as a call out, went away got a drawing from vauxhall found the part returned nextday with connectors made a tempory repair and ordered the whole pipe which is £82. Coming back on tuesday to fit pipe. All in £140 +vat, very happy with that. Looks like the flex pipe has perished,
guy had never seen that before, but for a couple of weeks before the engine idle was a bit off and he reckons air was being drawn into diesel seems plausable.
