Been a member for a few months now but somehow my camera never seems to be charged when I've finished cleaning the car

I plan to do another Meguiars 3 stage at the weekend so I'll get some good interior shots then,

The car is a pre-facelift, '02 plate Vectra C Elite 3.2 V6
It had 26,000 miles on the clock when I bought it and had full service history.
It came with:
Full black heated leather (Heated front and rear)
Electric heated mirrors
Front and rear electric windows
Auto dim rear view mirror
Front map reading lights & sunglasses holder
Rear map lights
"Pop-out" Cup holders in centre rear seat (Great little feature which I love and find very handy)
Tape deck and 4 disc cd autochanger
Digital climate control
Cruise control
17" alloys
Rear spoiler (unsure which kind)
Powerflow twin exit exhaust
ESP
ABS
PAS

It looked like this when I brought it home (Well, not quite as dirty) I didn't have my camera when I first brought it home so this was at my nearest convenience





All the usuals I guess but it's fully loaded and I love it!

1st mods the morning after I picked the car up was the addition of 4 Irmscher brushed aluminium door pins & a set or Irmscher pedals that I'd taken off my Astra before it went to the insurance company


The GM mats were added a couple of weeks later

Within a week or two of ownership I was back in contact with Steve @ LMF Vauxhall as he'd done me a few good deals in the past with my Astra G, he relieved me of some cash and I had a pair of smoked headlamps, white side repeaters, an Irmscher gear knob & Handbrake cover (both in granite platinum effect) all on their way to me, package arrived a few days later and I fitted it all




The car also has a pair of Smoked/SRi rear lights, so all the orange is now gone

I have alot of future plans for the car, I just need to replenish my funds after Christmas first

I'll leave you with a few final shots from the interior for now, just after a good cleaning on Sunday and as said, I'll try my best for some good up to date photos of the cleaned car at the weekend

WOW... look at the size of those exhausts. !! - I thought mine were big..

Love the Irmscher pedals so much I got them for my car...
Diana wants me to get the Irmscher door pins now as well...

Love the Gear knob in Granite and the handbrake cover... very nice indeed...

really no need to do 'stage 1' of the megs 3 stage if you've done the whole process recently as it's a polish and will on strip the sealant and wax which are step 2 and 3.

so best just to apply stage 2 and 3 again to enhance the look.

Cheers for all the comments, I bought the car from Oakwood motors in tyneside autoparc, Spoons yes the pipes are certainly larger than standard, too large I thought at first but I'm used to them now, and they produce a really nice note too, combined with that V6 grunt it sounds awesome! And they were already on the car when I bought it WITH the Powerflow reciept card!

When I said 3 stage I actually meant to say stage 2 & 3, I done all three stages just over a month ago so it would be unneccesary to do stage 1 again so soon!

As for further plans for the car I have lots, I just have no excess cash atm, next on the list though are VXR rear bumper skirt + insert & VXR sideskirts, I also have an SRi bumper sitting in the garage, I'm unsure as to what I want to do with that though, I fancy maybe having the facelift fog surrounds fitted like the OPC concept, or maybe just buy a VXR front and have it adapted to fit by a bodyshop, I'm unsure of the plans for the front end yet. I also have an Irmscher grille lying in wait at the post office, will probably get that tommorow, next on the list will be wheels & suspension, I have a mate who can get me brand new 20" SSW eclipse wheels (Gunmetal face with diamond cut lip) with tyres for £880, suspension will more than likely be Eibach coilovers as I had an Eibach coilover kit on my Astra G and was very impressed with it

There's some nice pictures and good mods to Kev. I totally agree with you about the V6 exhuast note

Looks like with the rest of your mods you will be busy for some time to come. Keep up the good work.
